Campus Ministry

Novos on High
What began last year as Novos on Grand, has taken new shape and is launching again for this school year. This is an opportunity to pray and play for young audlts in their 20s and 30s looking for spirituality and socializing. Novos meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at St. Ambrose Cathedral, in the St. Ann Chapel. Mass is celebrated at 7 p.m. and afterward, the group goes to All Play bar and grill, 615 3rd St., a short walk from the cathedral. All Play offers a relaxed sports bar atmosphere along with entertainment possibilities that provide a place to socialize and get to know other young adults from the greater Des Moines metro area. This is a ministry supported by Bishop Richard Pates to welcome young adults whether they're in a parish or not. For more information contact Cody Turner or check out Novos's Facebook page.
World Youth Day
